Murmee is a white-noise app designed to help you relax, focus, and fall asleep. These terms apply to all features and content provided in the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-distributable, limited license to use Murmee on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

The audio content, graphics, and text inside the app are protected by copyright. Within the normal use of the app, you have the right to play and listen to the content, but you do not receive any license for derivative works or commercial use.
We do our best to keep Murmee reliable but cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of Murmee in the future. Material changes will be communicated through App Store updates or in-app notices.
These terms are governed by the laws of your region of use, and any disputes will be resolved through that legal process.
